  Where do I start......Nat and her team are Amazing!!! I started with Nat with no idea what posing entailed and terrible imposter syndrome. Nat and her team were able to put me at ease and made me realise it's OK to be a beginner plus break my posing routine down, give me clear instructions on what to work on and brillant feedback that was constructive and simplified. I now have an understanding of the "why" behind posing and my confidence has increased along the way so no more imposter syndrome!! I attended both online and in person one on one posing classes and both were so valuable. Also, there is group posing which is so well organised and so valuable particularly for anyone starting out.   First timer here!! I had an amazing experience with Nat, it was all a little scary stepping into the space where you are judged on the way you look (obviously that’s the whole thing with body building). But Nat was pretty much the first step for me to step on stage, and she made everything so comfortable and easy, there’s literally all the resources you need to master your routine!! I did group online coaching so every second weekend we called and went thoroughly through our routine, the package also came with check ins which I found I learnt even more from !! Nat makes sure you understand and gives great feedback. My feedback from the judges in ICN NZ, absolutely loved my routine !!! Amazing price condition how much work Nat puts in, overall an amazing experience would recommend her to any one!

  Nat is an absolute standout as a posing coach! Her wealth of knowledge about posing across different divisions and federations is simply astounding. Nat creates an incredibly welcoming atmosphere, making you feel like part of the posing family from day one. As a first-timer, I've been blown away by the confidence boost Nat has given me as I head into my first show here in NZ. Nat goes above and beyond with detailed feedback and manages her time like a pro, effortlessly juggling multiple clients with a smile on her face. Whether it's through her uplifting social media posts or her dynamic online and in-person classes, Nat is an absolute joy to work with and you can tell all the posing coaches are a hardworking bunch readily wanting to help everyone achieve their goals.   I'd like to thank Nat for being an awesome posing coach! Even though we've only had a handful of sessions together, she's already taught me so much about the fundamentals and the differences between federations.   Nat is the absolute best posing coach. She is great at breaking the movements down and explaining the hand and foot placement. Her attention to detail is amazing and I like that she truly makes every stage routine unique to you and your strengths.   My experience with Nat and her team is nothing short of exceptional . I had a very average online  posing coach for my previous season and nothing can compare to the 1-1 sessions with Nat and her team . Not only is Nat an excellent posing coach , she is such a sweet, kind, supportive and caring person . You won’t find a posing coach that has a better knowledge  of all the different requirements, poses  and nuances of each bodybuilding federation. The respect she has from all the head judges from different federations who are more than willing to attend her seminars  is a testament to her professionalism, knowledge and dedication. Even if you don’t live in Melbourne I can imagine Nat would still be an incredible online posing coach as she cares 100% for every one of her clients , no matter whether you are starting out or been in the industry for years .

I HAVE MORE CONFIDENCE THAN I KNEW I EVER HAD

My favourite part about Posing with Nat is how much confidence you take away from the Posing classes. She has bought out the best in me andI have more confidence than I knew I would ever have.
She has this vibrant energy that you kind of absorb from her. She’ll pick poses that suit you best so you look the best on the day. She gives you all the tools you need to be able to get up on stage with confidence.
There’s so much attention to detail that you just walk away feeling amazing. And the videos and photos that she provides you and the advice it’s everything that you need to get up on stage. And all she does on the outside of the session to help build your confidence is incredible.
She knows exactly what she’s doing she is so passionate about her job and she is AMAZING. So if you want to just go for it!It’s an investment, it’s investment for yourself so I say – DO IT!

I was able to take away so much and little things to work on!
